All pricing is provided upfront before service commencement.Payment is required before tour delivery unless otherwise agreed.Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Adelaide 360 retains ownership of all virtual tours and related media unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.Clients are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the virtual tours for marketing and sales purposes.
6. Service Delivery and Turnaround
Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours from the time of the shoot. Delivery times may vary based on project complexity and external factors.Adelaide 360 is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.Refunds are not available once services have been rendered.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Adelaide 360 is not responsible for any business losses resulting from the use of our virtual tours.We do not guarantee increased sales or customer engagement through the use of our services.Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect and store client information securely and do not share it with third parties without consent.All client data is handled in compliance with Australian privacy laws.
